If you run a hotel, lodge, or inn, we also handle lodging-specific bookkeeping such as booking platform payouts and transient occupancy tax. If you are a real estate agent, we handle commission splits and agent expenses. If you are just starting out, we set up your books from the first transaction. If your books are behind or were left in poor shape, cleanup and catch-up is most of what we do.

Vicki McGowan holds a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Accounting plus eight active professional certifications: QuickBooks ProAdvisor Gold, QuickBooks Levels 1 and 2 Certified, QuickBooks Payroll Certified, Intuit Trained Bookkeeper, Xero L1 Certified Associate, Xero L2 Certified Professional, and Associate Digital Bookkeeper (ADB). She's also Bookkeeper Launch certified and BBB Accredited.
We provide bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax services. For income tax preparation and filing, we coordinate directly with your CPA at year-end; your books arrive tax-ready so your CPA can start their work on organized records instead of untangling problems first. If you don't have a CPA, we can refer you to one we trust.
Yes. Payroll is priced by employee count, starting at $125 per month for one employee with a $50 setup fee, and scaling from there. Quarterly filing only is also available: 941 at $50, unemployment at $50, workers' compensation at $65, or joint filing of workers' compensation and unemployment at $75. Year-end W-2 and 1099 filings are $5 per form. QuickBooks Payroll or Gusto Payroll software is included. See the pricing page for the full employee-count table.
